Verifying Resource Pages

Marking a resource as verified gives your employees confidence that they're viewing the most up-to-date, correct information.

Verified badges appear on your resource indexes as well as at the top of the resource page near the author and freshness score.

How to Verify a Resource Page.

To mark a resource as verified, visit any resource page and click the ellipsis settings button, and select Verify Page.

Once verified, you can always un-verify a page or re-verify a page via the same dropdown.


Who Can See the Verified Checkmark?

Once added to a resource page, the blue verified checkmark is visible to all employees in the workspace, no matter their admin or content creation permissions.

Who Can Edit Verified Resource Pages?

Because verified pages are often highly important, they can only be edited by Workspace Admins and Resource Admins.
