Resource pages are the best place to house evergreen information, knowledge, policies, processes, and more. You can think of Resources as your internal knowledge base or wiki.

Just like posts and events, resources are all housed within groups to keep them organized. But unlike posts and events, which are housed in feeds, resource pages are housed in nested indexes of content with four layers of nesting depth (parent page, child page, grandchild page, great-grandchild page).

Viewing and Exploring Resources

To view the resources in your workspace, select Resources in your header navigation. This will take you to your Resources landing page.

While browsing...

  • Click the resource page title to view the page's contents.

  • Use the carat symbol (>) throughout to expand nested resources.

  • In the lefthand navigation throughout, you'll also see a search toolbar and filters by popular tag

When you're ready to view a resource page simply click on the title. This will take you to the full piece of content.

Navigating Through Your Resource Indexes

Your workspace has a number of resource pages that make it easy to quickly find what you're looking for:

  1. On the Resources landing page you'll see featured resources cards at the top. These are the pages your admins have highlighted as most important. Below the featured cards, you'll see a list of the groups in which you're a member and indexes of the resources housed within them.

  2. On the Featured resource page, you'll see the full list of resources featured by your workspace admins.

  3. On the My Resources page, you'll see a list of all resources pages from the group in which you're a member. This list can be sorted by A-Z and recent updates, so it's a great place to visit if you know exactly what you're looking for.

  4. On the All Resources page, you'll see a list of all groups in the workspace and indexes of the resources housed within them. Use the carat symbol (>) throughout to expand nested resources.
