We generally release new features and bug fixes around 3pm PT, but that time is likely to vary. If you're not yet seeing these updates in your account, treat yourself to a coffee and check back in later.
This week's release brings new features, more flexible content editing tools, and lots of bug fixes!
Email Footer Confidentiality Disclaimers. If your security team is anything like ours, it's important to add confidentiality notes to your workspace email notifications—and now you can! Learn more about disclaimers in email footers here.
Updated Image Formatting. We've updated our image uploader to make it easier than ever to resize your image assets, as well as add captions and hyperlinks. Learn more about managing images here.
SCIM/SAML Auto-Provision Email Preferences. If you are auto-provisioning user accounts via SCIM/SAML, you can now decided whether or not you'd like to automatically send workspace invites upon provisioning. This gives you more control for employee onboarding during implementation and beyond. You'll find this setting in your admin console.
Simplified Admin Roles. We've tidied up the admin roles available in your workspace. Learn more about admin roles here.
Various backend improvements to speed and performance.
Bugs we bashed this week:
High volume issues related to group member caching.
Minor post composer issues.
404 error handling throughout the platform.
Issues with self-signup via verified domain.
Issues with joining and leaving open groups.
Minor issues with access control for some admin roles.
We hope you love these new features as much as we do. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to reach out at firstname.lastname@example.org.
