  • Single Sign-On (SSO): Require users to log into your workspace using their provider credentials.

  • User Provisioning: Automatically created accounts for new hires and automatically deactivate accounts for departing employees.

  • User Profile Data Mapping: Map data from your SSO tool—which is likely populated with data from your HRIS or Active Directory—into Haystack. This includes name, title, manager, location, hire date, and more.

  • Group Member Management: Automatically map users from a provider group (ex: marketing team) to a Haystack group (ex: Marketing department).
