  • Navigate to the home page of the platform.

  • Click on the four squares icon in the upper right corner to access all groups.

  • Select the group you want to manage (e.g., 'All Company').

  • Click on the drop-down arrow next to the group name and select 'Settings'.

  • Scroll down to 'Permission Settings'.

  • Ensure the toggle for 'Who can create and edit pages' is turned on.

  • If you want admin approval for page requests, make sure to save the changes.

  • Check notifications by clicking the red bell icon at the top of the page.

  • Alternatively, click the drop-down arrow next to the 'Create' button.

  • Select the option labeled 'Needs Review'.

  • Review the list of posts, events, and pages that require approval.

📌 Note on Sub-pages: At this time, the approval workflow only supports top-level pages. Requesting to publish a sub-page under an already published page is currently not supported.
