Submitting Page Requests for Approval 📄

Learn how to efficiently create and manage page requests within the platform by following this step-by-step guide for group-based approvals.

📌 Audience: This guide is for non-admin users submitting or editing page requests. Are you an admin? Click HERE to learn how to review incoming requests.

1. Access the Main Dashboard

  • Log in to your platform.

  • Navigate to the main dashboard.

2. Create a Page

  • Click on the 'Create' button.

  • Select 'Create Page' from the options.

3. Select Your Group

  • Review the list of groups you are a member of.

  • Choose the specific group where you would like to publish the page.

  • Note: Ensure the group owner has enabled page submissions for members.

4. Build Your Page Content

  • Enter the Page Title.

  • Add your content, text, and any widgets necessary to complete your page.

5. Upload Header Image

  • If desired, upload a cover or header image to make your page stand out.

6. Submit for Approval

  • Because this group requires admin oversight, you will see a 'Submit' button instead of 'Publish'.

  • Click 'Submit' to send the request to the group admins for review.

7. Check Approval Status

  • To check the status of your request, click the drop-down arrow next to the 'Create' button.

  • Select 'My Requests' and navigate to the 'Pages' tab.

8. Edit or Delete Requests

  • In the 'Pages' section of 'My Requests', you can view all outstanding submissions.

  • You can choose to edit your draft or delete the request entirely while it is still pending review.

A Quick Reminder: Currently, you can only submit top-level pages for approval. Submitting a "sub-page" to live under an existing page is not supported in this workflow yet.

That's it! Your page is now in the hands of the admins. Once approved, you'll be notified and your content will go live! ✨
