January 29, 2026 Product Release Update

This release completes our comprehensive content governance suite and introduces new ways to analyze user engagement through our feedback tools. We are also hard at work preparing a major update to our search capabilities!

Here are the key improvements you'll notice:

Complete Content Governance: Page Approval Flows

• Full Approval Suite: We have officially extended our approval workflows to include Pages! This completes the set alongside posts, events, and shoutouts.

  

• Streamlined Review: Group owners can now enable approval flows for pages within their group settings. Regular users can request to publish a page, allowing administrators to review and approve the content before it goes live.

• Note: Currently, this flow applies to top-level pages; request-to-publish for sub-pages is not yet supported.

Feedback Tool: Advanced Reporting

• Exportable Feedback Reports: To help you better understand your audience's needs, we’ve added a robust export feature for the Content Feedback tool.

• Actionable Insights: Administrators and group owners can now export all feedback responses for a specific group or the entire workspace into a comprehensive report, making it easier to track sentiment and identify areas for content improvement.
