January 15, 2026 Product Release Update

Welcome to the first release of 2026! We’re kicking off the year by expanding our content governance tools, adding highly requested integrations, and bringing more interactivity to our mobile users.

Advanced Governance: Event Approval Flows

• Approval Workflows for Events: Following the success of our post and shoutout approval flows, we have now extended this functionality to Events.

• Group Management: Group owners can now enable approval flows within their group settings. When active, regular users can request to publish an event, which will then be held for administrator review. Once approved, the event goes live for the group.

• Note: Stay tuned for our next release, where we plan to bring this same approval logic to Pages!

New Content Embeds & Dashboards

• Google Calendar and Monday.com: You can now bring more of your external workflow directly into the platform. We’ve added the ability to create dashboard cards and editor embeds for both Google Calendar and Monday.com. Whether you are tracking a team schedule or a project board, you can now view that data without leaving your workspace. These embeds are supported on both web and mobile.

Mobile Enhancements

• Content Feedback on the Go: Our Content Feedback tool is now fully supported on mobile! Users can now submit their feedback, ratings, and comments on the articles and events they read directly through the mobile app
