Using the Haystack Mobile App 📱

How to Get Started

Signing In

Once you've downloaded the app, you'll be asked for your workspace name. Don't worry—it's not a password. It's just the unique name of your company's Haystack account.

Think of it this way: Look at the web address you use to get to Haystack on your computer. Your workspace name is the word right before ".haystack.so/".

For example:

• If your company's Haystack URL is https://alpha.haystack.so/, your workspace name is simply alpha and that's what you'll type in (tip: don't use spaces).

Just type that company name in and you'll be one step closer to accessing Haystack workspace from anywhere. 

Next, you can either sign in with your saved email address or use the "Sign in with Email Magic Link" option. If you choose the magic link, we'll send a special link to your associated email. Just open your email, click the link, and you'll be logged right in. It’s that simple!
