Why You Need Internal Assistance From Your IT Team
Your Haystack account access is managed by your company's Single Sign-On (SSO) system (like Okta, Entra ID, or OneLogin). Since your password, multi-factor authentication, and account status are all controlled by your organization's Identity Provider (IDP), the Haystack Support Team does not have the ability to:

Reset your password.

Troubleshoot external login errors.

Activate or deactivate your account.
Solution: Contact Your Internal IT Team
To get help right away and resolve your login issue, you need to contact your internal IT team or company help desk. They manage your company's SSO system and are the only ones who can verify your account and restore your access.
