Setting Up Your Haystack Profile ✨

First, we'll get a killer profile photo and cover image set up. This is your first impression, so let’s make it a good one! Then, we'll fill in all the fun stuff about you. And finally, we’ll record a quick audio introduction so your teammates can get to know the real you.

Step-by-Step Instructions: Creating Your Haystack Page

1. Access Your Profile 0:37

  • From your homepage, click on the upper right-hand drop-down arrow.

  • Select your name to navigate to your profile.

2. Add a Profile Picture 0:44

  • Click on the profile picture area to upload an image.

  • Choose an image from your files to represent yourself.

3. Update Your Cover Photo 1:00

  • Click on 'Change Cover' to update your cover photo.

  • You can upload your own photo or select from stock images on Unsplash.

  • Optionally, choose a GIF for a more interactive cover.

4. Fill Out Your Profile Information 1:52

  • Scroll down to find sections with three dots.

  • Click on the three dots to edit each section (Biography, Hobbies, Work History).

  • After entering information, make sure to hit 'Save'.

5. Add an Audio Introduction 2:15

  • Scroll back to the top of your profile.

  • To the right of your profile picture, click on the three dots next to 'Edit Profile'.

  • Scroll down to find the audio recording option.

  • Click the pencil icon to start recording your audio introduction.

  • Click 'Start Recording' to record your introduction.

  • Share your name and a fun fact about yourself.
