# September 2026 Product Release Update

We are thrilled to launch official support for **Outlook Calendar Integration**, making it effortless for Microsoft-centric organizations to broadcast platform events directly to Outlook. On the AI frontier, our **Model Context Protocol (MCP)** server can now directly fetch full documents and empower users to draft or publish posts straight from Claude. Additionally, we have completed our full mobile accessibility rollout with official VPAT certifications and launched mobile approval workflows for on-the-go content management. 📱✨

#### **What’s New and Improved this month:**

- **[Outlook Calendar Integration](https://support.haystackteam.com/en/how-to-set-up-and-use-the-outlook-calendar-integration-?hsLang=en):** Admins can now enable and select Outlook calendars in **Admin Settings → Integrations**. Content creators with broadcast permissions can push events straight to Outlook with a single click. 🗓️
- **[Create & Publish Posts via Claude MCP](https://support.haystackteam.com/en/connecting-haystack-to-claude-via-mcp?hsLang=en):** Users with publishing permissions can now ask Claude to list postable groups (`haystack_list_postable_groups`) and draft or publish content (`haystack_create_post`) directly into Haystack without leaving their AI assistant interface. ✍️🤖
- **Full Context Retrieval (`Haystack Get Entity`):** AI Search now allows MCP servers to pull entire posts, pages, or events following an initial search summary, providing comprehensive context for detailed follow-up questions. 🔍
- **Mobile Approval Flows:** Admins and group owners can now review and approve pending Posts, Events, and Pages directly within the mobile app. 📱
- **Smarter AI Search Ranking:** Search results now dynamically prioritize recent content. Posts, pages, and events published or edited recently surface higher for queries like "what's new" or "latest policy," while maintaining high rankings for evergreen resources. 📈
- **Freshness Engine (Page Manager):** Admins managing content health in **Admin Console → Manage Pages** can now filter pages by specific groups. 🧹 This is a small update we've made to help ensure there are multiple ways for admins to filter what they need.
