September 11, 2025 Product Release Update

This release focuses on providing powerful administrative control over user defaults and offering new ways to customize content visibility, alongside continuous improvements to our platform integrations and features like AI Search and Dark Mode.

Here are the key improvements you'll notice:

Administrative Control & Customization

• Default Notifications for New Users:  Administrators can now set default notification preferences that will be applied to all newly provisioned users and to any existing user who has not yet customized their own notification settings. This new control is available in the Notification Settings area of the Admin Console.

• Shoutout Display Customization: Administrators now have the ability to customize the display name for Shoutouts via the Manage Workspace settings, allowing for brand-specific or thematic recognition labeling.

• New Embeds: WorkTango/YouEarnedIt: We added a new integration, allowing users to embed WorkTango/YouEarnedIt content within the editor and as dashboard cards on the web platform (mobile support will follow in the next release).

Feature Enhancements & Development 

• Integration Security: We implemented necessary back-end changes in preparation for upcoming security updates to image URLs within our HRIS integration service, ensuring continued secure access to data.

Key Bug Fixes & Mobile Updates

• Mobile Experience:

  • Updated the Featured Post Card on mobile to use the correct Primary Color when a post does not have a cover image.
