AI Search on Mobile: All the power of our new AI Search—including the filters—is now live in the mobile app, ensuring you have the right answers even when you're away from your desk.
📊 Deeper Insights & Analytics
Data-driven internal comms moved from a goal to a reality this quarter with significant additions to our Advanced Analytics suite.

Digest Email Analytics: You can now track open rates for daily and weekly digests, seeing exactly who is staying informed. We also added Configurable Delivery Times so you can reach your team when they are most likely to read.

Link Click Tracking (Slack & Email): For the first time, you can track clicks on links sent via Slack and Email notifications, giving you a 360-degree view of how users transition from notifications to the platform.

Group-Level Advanced Analytics: Group Owners can now access their own Looker-powered dashboards. These are filtered specifically to their group, allowing them to track engagement without needing full workspace admin access.

Feedback Reporting: Admins can now export comprehensive reports from the Content Feedback Tool, turning 👍/👎 reactions into actionable spreadsheets.

Font Customization: For clients with the Custom Style Addon, you can now choose from a library of professional fonts (like Montserrat, Inter, and Roboto) to match your corporate branding.
