We are excited to share our release updates for June 2026! This month, we focused heavily on expanding dynamic embedding capabilities across Haystack, making it easier for teams to bring interactive visual media and culture-building tools directly into their everyday workspaces.

🎨 Ceros Embed Support

Overview

To help organizations bring high-impact, visual storytelling directly into their internal communications, we have added native platform support for Ceros embeds. Ceros is widely used to build highly engaging, interactive digital collateral—such as animated infographics, interactive reports, and visual landing pages. With this release, teams can surface that content right within Haystack without sending users to external browser windows.

  • Dashboard Integration: Admins and group owners can now add Ceros embeds as dedicated Dashboard Cards, placing key visual collateral right where employees land.
  • Rich Editor Compatibility: Content creators can seamlessly paste Ceros links directly into the rich text content editor.
  • Cross-Platform Access: Ceros embeds are fully supported across both Web and Mobile apps, ensuring a smooth, responsive viewing experience on any device.
  • Deeper Engagement: Keeps teams informed and engaged through interactive visual content embedded right inside posts, pages, and announcements.

To support client resorts actively using Recognize (a peer-to-peer appreciation and rewards platform), we’ve introduced a new dashboard card that surfaces recognition feeds directly inside Haystack group spaces.

  • Live Recognition Feed: Displays live high-fives, peer shout-outs, and appreciation posts directly on group dashboards.
  • Flexible Group Placement: Built specifically as a dashboard-only card, giving admins and department leads full control to add it to any relevant group workspace.
  • Culture at the Center: Increases visibility of team accomplishments and keeps employee appreciation central to everyday workflows.
