Standard text bios are great, but visual elements help your colleagues get to know you faster. Use this feature to house:

• Project Portfolios: Showcase your recent work or design style with high-res JPEGs.

• "User Manuals" & Welcome Docs: Upload a PDF "How to Work With Me" guide to streamline collaboration.

• Professional Frameworks: Share your OKRs, Myers-Briggs results, or personality color charts.

• Intro Slides: Add a visual introduction slide to help new hires or cross-functional partners learn your background.

You don't need any special code or hidden settings. It’s as simple as moving a file from your computer to your browser.

1. Access Profile Editing

• Navigate to your profile page.

• Click on the 'Edit Profile' button to enter the editing mode.

2. Drag and Drop Files

• Prepare the files you want to upload (e.g., PDFs, images).

• Drag and drop the desired file directly into the bio section of your profile.

3. Verify File Appearance

• Check that the uploaded file appears correctly in the profile.

• Ensure that images display as full-width and PDFs show the header bar. Use the back bar at the bottom of PDFs to adjust height as needed. 

4. Save Changes

• After confirming the files are displayed as intended, click the 'Save' button to apply changes.

5. Review Profile

• Once saved, review your profile to ensure all attachments and images are visible and correctly formatted.

💡 What to Expect

• Images: These will render at full width within your bio, making them perfect for visual headers or infographics.

• PDFs: These will appear with a functional header bar, allowing viewers to scroll through pages or download the file directly from your profile.
