This release is packed with tools for administrators, launching a major new analytics integration and providing essential utility updates to simplify workspace management!

Here are the key improvements you'll notice:

Administrative & Analytics Power

• Bulk Default Notifications Tool: Following the release of the customizable default notification settings, we've launched a new administrative tool! Administrators can now apply the Global Default Notification Settings to all existing provisioned users in bulk. This streamlines the onboarding experience and saves administrators time from managing user notifications individually.

• Looker Integration is Live: The new Advanced Analytics feature, powered by Looker, has been officially released in private beta. Administrators can now access sophisticated analytics tabs, providing deep insights into platform usage and content performance.

Content Creation & Mobile Experience

• New Embed: FlipSnack: Content creators can now easily embed FlipSnack content within the editor and as dashboard cards on the web platform (mobile support for this embed is coming in the next release!).

• Mobile Enhancements:

  • The mobile app now supports the ability to view embedded Google Docs, making these documents fully accessible on the go.

  • Mobile also now correctly respects the Shoutouts display name alias set by administrators.
