November 13, 2025 Product Release Update

This release introduces several exciting features focused on content portability, user login experience, and administrative data accuracy. We also implemented significant back-end work to improve the consistency of user provisioning and group mapping!

Here are the key improvements you'll notice:

New Features & Usability

• "Save as PDF" Tool: A highly anticipated feature is now available! Users can now easily save any Post, Event, or Page as a PDF document. This feature respects the same formatting rules as our full-text email announcements, making content sharing easy and consistent.

• Enhanced Login by Code Flow: We've completely redesigned and simplified the "Login by Magic Link" experience, now renamed "Login by a Code." This new flow is much more intuitive on both web and mobile, reducing friction and making it much simpler for users to access the platform.

• Department Field on CSV Imports: Administrators can now accurately include the Department field when importing users via CSV. This highly-requested feature allows for richer directory data and improved user segmentation from the start.

Platform Stability & Integrations

• Reliable Provisioning: We successfully released our new service layer for user provisioning, which will make user and group mapping significantly more consistent and improve performance across all HRIS integrations.

• Content Indexing: We've updated the system to index uploaded and embedded file names in the regular search function, making it easier to find documents. (Note: Files will need to be re-uploaded to benefit from this new indexing.)

Mobile & Bug Fixes

• New Shoutouts Flow: The mobile app now includes a new, streamlined creation flow for Shoutouts.

• Email Consistency: Subtitles are now included in post announcement emails.
