Not Receiving Haystack Emails? 📧

We know how frustrating it is when you miss an important update. If you aren't receiving emails from your Haystack workspace, don't worry—let's walk through a few quick and easy troubleshooting steps to get your inbox flowing again!

Step 1: Check Your Usual Spots First

Sometimes, emails hide in common places!

  1. Check Your Spam or Junk Folder: The first place to check is always your Spam or Junk folder. If you find a Haystack email there, mark it as "Not Spam" or "Not Junk" and consider adding the domain @haystackteam.com to your list of safe senders.

  2. Check Your Email Filters/Rules: Have you set up any automatic rules in your email client (like Outlook or Gmail)? Double-check that you haven't accidentally created a rule that sends Haystack emails to an archive folder or another place you don't usually look.

Step 2: Review Your Notification Preferences

You might have accidentally turned off the notifications you were looking for!

  1. Open your account menu in Haystack and go to Preferences > Notifications.

  2. Review your settings under the Email column to make sure they are set to Instant, Daily, or Weekly for the content you want to receive.

  3. Click Save at the bottom of the page.

Step 3: Contact Your Internal IT Team

If the steps above don't work, the issue might be with your company's email system (like a firewall or safelist).

  • Reach out to your internal IT team or company help desk and ask them to safelist the Haystack email domain: @haystackteam.com.
