Managing Closed Group Membership Requests 🛡️

Closed Groups are the perfect blend of visibility and privacy: everyone in the workspace knows they exist, but only members can see the valuable content inside. When an employee sees your group and clicks to join, you—the Group Owner or Admin—will receive an in-app notification notifying you of the request.

Approving or Denying Requests

The process for reviewing and curating your community is quick and easy!

  1. Visit the Member List: Click through the notification you receive, OR manually visit the Settings menu of your group and click on the Members page.

  2. Review the Queue: On the Members page, you'll see all pending membership requests listed clearly at the top.

  3. Make Your Decision: Use the Approve or Deny buttons next to each name to grant or decline the user's membership.

The requesting employee will automatically receive a notification regarding your decision. If approved, they become an official group member and gain access to all the fantastic content!
