Logging Into Your Workspace (Desktop) ✨

Logging into your workspace is the most common request we receive, so we’ve designed this guide to cover every scenario. Whether it’s your first time or you’re switching devices, follow the steps below to get started.

📌 Pro Tip: While you can log in via a mobile browser, we strongly recommend using a desktop for the best web experience. For mobile use, please download our official app here.

Entering Your Workspace URL

1. Before choosing a sign-in method, navigate to your company-specific URL: https://companyslug.haystack.so/login

2. Replace "companyslug" with your company’s unique name.

Example: If you work at Dunder Mifflin, your URL is https://dundermifflin.haystack.so/login

Option A: Signing in with a Login Code

  1. Click Sign in with One-Time Code.

  2. Enter your work email address (the one where you received your Haystack invitation).

    Getting an error? Double-check your spelling. If it still fails, your account may not be in the system yet. Please contact your internal HR or IT team, as Haystack cannot add accounts without admin consent.

  3. Check your inbox for an email with the subject: "Your Login Code and Link."

    Not getting the email? Give it the full fifteen minutes and check your spam folder. Still not seeing it? Reach out to us HERE and we can look into this for you.

  4. Copy the 5-digit code from the email and enter it on the login page.
  5. Voila! ✨ You’re in.

Option B: Sign in with Google

  1. On your login page, select "Sign in with Google".

  2. Choose your work account from the pop-up list.

    • If you don't see it, click "Use another account" and enter your credentials.

  3. Click Continue to be redirected to your Haystack home page

 

Option C: Sign in with OKTA or Microsoft

  1. Select Sign in with OKTA or Sign in with Microsoft.

  2. Enter your organizational credentials (email and password) as prompted.

  3. Once authenticated, you will be automatically redirected to your dashboard.

🛠️ Troubleshooting Third-Party Logins

📣 If you encounter issues while logging in via OKTA, Microsoft, or Google SSO, please contact your internal HR or IT department.

Since these services are managed by your company, the Haystack support team does not have access to your internal credentials or security settings.
