1. Accessing Badges 0:28

Click on Recognition at the top of the screen.
Select Badges to view all available badges.
Click to the right to see who has won each badge.

2. Understanding Shoutouts 0:46

Shoutouts allow any team member to appreciate another for various contributions.
Shoutouts are visible on the recipient's profile, showing who gave it and allowing for comments and reactions.

3. Creating a Shoutout 1:11

Click on Create at the top of the screen.
Select Create Shoutout.
Enter a title and comments in the provided fields.

4. Admin Access for Badges 1:35

Only admins can create and award badges.
Click on the upper right corner and select Admin Console.

5. Managing Company Values 1:56

In the Admin Console, scroll down to Manage Values.
Click the orange button to create a new company value and save it.

In the Admin Console, scroll down to Manage Badges.
Create badges by adding a custom emoji, badge name, criteria, and tie in company values if desired.
