Adding a Security Watermark to Your Workspace 🛡️

📣 Only users with Workspace Admin permissions can configure security watermarks in your workspace. If you're unsure about your permissions, reach out to your platform admins or our team at support@haystackteam.com.

Want to make sure your team's internal news stays internal? Adding a security watermark is a simple but powerful way to prevent the anonymous sharing of screenshots. It adds your employees' names to the background of every page in your workspace, making sure your confidential information stays safe! The watermark is visible enough to protect your content but subtle enough that it won't get in the way of your team's day-to-day work.

How to Apply a Watermark

Ready to get your workspace secured? It only takes a few clicks!

  1. Click the account dropdown arrow in the top right corner of your screen and select Admin Console.

  2. In the menu on the left, select Security Settings.

  3. Toggle on Apply Watermark and then click Save.

And that’s it! The watermark will now be applied across all your pages.
