Embedding PDFs into Your Content 📄 📎

Need to share a policy, a flyer, or a report? You can embed PDF files directly into your Haystack pages, posts, or events. This keeps your team engaged with the content without forcing them to download extra files or leave the platform.

📌 Note: Content creation permissions are set by your admins. If you’re unsure if you have the ability to create or edit content, reach out to them or our support team at support@haystackteam.com.

Why Embed Instead of Link?

  • Instant Viewing: Teammates can scroll through the entire PDF right within your post.

  • Cleaner Layout: No messy icons or "Download here" text—just your document integrated into the page.

  • Standardized Access: Since the PDF is embedded directly, it’s always right where you need it.
