Dashboards serve as the "front door" to your intranet. By using Content Cards, Admins can surface real-time information from external platforms without forcing users to navigate away from Haystack. These integrations are "live," ensuring that your dashboard always reflects the latest updates from your source tools—whether it's a project board, a data visualization, or a CEO's video message.

Prerequisites & Permissions

  • Workspace Admins: Can add and manage cards on the Main Dashboard.

  • Group Admins: Can add and manage cards on their specific Group Dashboards.

  • Authentication: Viewers will only see the content within the card if they have existing permissions to view that file or dashboard in the original third-party tool.

How to Add These Cards

To add these integrations to your dashboard, simply click +Add a Card at the bottom of your dashboard, select the provider from the list, paste your embed URL or code, and resize the card to fit your layout.
