Content Feedback Tool Overview 💬

The Content Feedback tool is an essential feature for internal communicators looking to measure sentiment and improve engagement. By enabling these options, you provide your employees with a direct line to share their thoughts on your updates.

Enabling Feedback for New Posts 0:39

  • Navigate to the story preview page after creating a new post.

  • Locate the engagement section.

  • Toggle the feedback option to 'On'.

    • An additional option for 'Feedback Comments' will appear; toggle this on or off as desired.

  • Publish the post to allow readers to provide feedback.

  • Go to the test group and select 'Posts'.

  • Find the existing post you want to edit and click on the three dots.

  • Select 'Edit Post'.

  • On the story preview page, toggle the feedback option and feedback comments as needed.

  • Save the changes to update the post.

📌 Internal Note: Content feedback is not anonymous. When a user submits feedback or a comment, their identity is captured based on the account they are logged into. This information is pulled directly from the user's profile into your CSV exports, allowing administrators to see exactly who provided the feedback alongside their profile details (such as Department, Email, Manager, etc.).

  • Access the post where feedback has been collected.

  • Click on the three dots in the upper right corner and select 'Insights'.

  • On the left side, click on 'Feedback Responses'.

  • Choose the option to export feedback responses.

  • A CSV file will download, containing detailed feedback information.
