August 28, 2025 Product Release Update

This release brings important behind-the-scenes work to enhance platform stability and prepares the stage for exciting future features, including a major visual overhaul!

Here are the key improvements you'll notice:

Features & Preparation

• Mobile Customization: The mobile app now supports custom button colors, bringing consistency and greater design control to content across both web and mobile platforms.

• HRIS Provisioning Logic: We implemented specific logic to accurately handle the deactivation of users who may be on a leave of absence but are technically still listed as active in their HR system, ensuring more precise user status management.

Stability & Integration Reliability

• SCIM and HRIS Fixes: We addressed several critical issues to enhance the reliability of our user provisioning integrations:

  • Resolved issues where users were failing to be added to groups or were failing to reprovision due to "external ID mismatch" errors with identity providers.

  • Ensured that when an email address is updated, the worker is correctly returned in the system's updated list.

• Back-End Enhancements: We updated how Slack notifications are processed to correctly parse special characters like $>, $<`, and $`&`$.

Key Bug Fixes & Usability

We addressed several important bugs to enhance the user experience:

• Content Display: Resolved a bug that was preventing changes from reflecting in published post edits, ensuring content updates are immediately visible.

• Group Access: Users are now correctly redirected when trying to select a closed group that they are not a member of.
