August 1, 2025 Product Release Update

This release is one of our most successful yet, introducing two major, highly-anticipated features that dramatically improve content engagement and recognition management! Our focus was on providing deep insights and new workflow controls.

Here are the key improvements you'll notice:

Major Features & Workflow

• Introducing the Shoutout Approval Flow: This significant new feature provides administrators with control and oversight over user-generated recognition. A new option in Workspace Settings allows you to enable a flow where:

  • Users can request to publish a shoutout from the web or mobile app.

  • Recognition Admins receive in-app and email notifications of pending shoutouts.

  • Admins can then approve or deny the request via the web platform.

  

Usability & Administrative Tools

• Customizable Button Color: We have added the capability to customize the button colors in addition to the existing brand colors, giving content creators even greater design flexibility (this feature is being rolled out in phases).

• Merge/HRIS Enhancements: We released key improvements to user deactivation, including better error reporting for both HRIS integrations and CSV uploads. Critically, we can now support organizations where de-provisioned users are assigned the same email address, a technical challenge that now has a robust solution.

• SCIM Provisioning Fixes: We addressed numerous SCIM-related bugs across multiple identity management systems, including fixes for group member syncing, manager field updates, and ensuring accurate user locations.

• Mobile Updates: The mobile app now features an awesome new calendar page and enhanced search functionality by introducing individual search controls on every page rather than relying solely on a single universal search.
