Freshness scores help resource authors quickly identify how recently a resource has been updated and whether or not it may need an update. You'll see the freshness score at the top of each resource page:

How Freshness Scores are Calculated

  • Freshness scores start at 100% when a resource page is created and decay down to 0% over a period of 12 months.

  • Whenever a resource page is edited or marked as fresh, the freshness score returns to 100% and the 12-month clock begins again!

Who Can See Freshness Scores?

Freshness scores are visible to all workspace members—including admins, content owners, and non-admin users.

How to Manually Mark a Page a 100% Fresh

If you have a page that doesn't need updates but has decayed in freshness, you are welcome to manually mark a page as 100% fresh.

To do so...

  1. Click on the three-dotted button on the resource page

  2. On the setting drop-down, click on Mark as 100% Fresh
