April 29, 2025 Product Release Update

This release was intensely focused on platform stability, performance, and improving the user experience following a recent regional outage. We implemented a significant infrastructure change and released several key mobile and admin enhancements!

Here are the key improvements you'll notice:

Platform Stability & Infrastructure

• DNS Provider Migration: To resolve issues related to regional outages and ensure maximum uptime, we completed the critical process of migrating our DNS provider to Google Cloud DNS. This change significantly strengthens the platform's stability and reliability across all regions.

• Security & Vulnerability Fixes: We addressed a Medium priority vulnerability related to Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) in button URLs, reinforcing our commitment to platform security.

Mobile & Admin Enhancements

• Improved Group Management: We increased the initial loading limit on the Manage Groups page from 10 to 50 groups, significantly speeding up the administrative workflow for organizations with many groups.

• Home Group Navigation: We've enhanced the Home Groups feature by adding a direct link to the Main Dashboard in the custom navigation menu, ensuring users can easily navigate back to the main view even when a Home Group redirect is active.

• SCIM Integration Fixes: We deployed several important fixes to the SCIM provisioning service, ensuring smoother and more reliable user and group syncing across various identity providers. We also added a fallback mechanism for user provisioning where the personal email will be used if the work email is missing.

Key Bug Fixes

We addressed several important bugs to enhance platform stability:

• New Workspace Content: Users can now correctly edit 'default posts' after a new workspace is created.
