We believe a digital HQ should be usable by everyone. We’ve undergone a massive infrastructure update to improve mobile responsiveness and screen-reader compatibility.

Mobile-First Functionality: You can now access nearly all desktop features directly from your mobile browser or app with improved layout stability.
Visual Clarity: We are updating text spacing and UI elements to ensure content remains readable and accessible for users with visual impairments, moving us closer to full VPAT certification.

Data-driven storytelling just got easier. We’ve added deep-dive reporting for your engagement efforts.

Poll Analytics: You can now see exactly where polls are attached (which post, page, or dashboard card) and export a full list of user responses.
Click-Rate Reporting: Track the "bridge" between notifications and content. See exactly how many users clicked through to a post from a Slack notification, an email alert, or a Daily Digest.

📈 New Stock Dashboard Card

Keep your pulse on the market. We’ve introduced a dedicated Stock Card for your dashboard.

Live Data: Display your company's stock price (or any relevant market ticker) directly on the home dashboard to keep employees informed on company performance.

🤖 AI Search: Automatic Indexing

For workspaces using Haystack AI, getting started is now instantaneous.

When AI Search is enabled for your workspace, our system now triggers Automatic Indexing. No more waiting for manual backend setups—you’ll receive an email notification the moment your workspace is fully searchable by our AI.

💡 Best Practices

Review Poll Responses: Use the new Poll Analytics to verify if employees have read critical announcements. If response rates are low, try pinning the poll to a different Dashboard Card.
Monitor Click Channels: Check your Advanced Analytics to see if your team prefers clicking through from Slack or Email. Use this data to tailor where you send your most important "must-read" alerts.
Mobile Testing: Encourage your "deskless" workforce to try the new mobile updates. The improved responsiveness makes submitting requests or reading news on the go much smoother.
