Accessing Your Analytics Dashboards 📈

📌 Who can see the analytics dashboard? Only workspace admins have access to the analytics dashboards. If you're unsure whether or not you have these permissions, we'd suggest reaching out to your internal platform owner or sending us a note at support@haystackteam.com.

Accessing Your Success Metrics

If you're a Workspace Admin (and only Workspace Admins can access these!), following your data is a breeze:

  1. Click the Account Dropdown Arrow in the top right corner of your screen.

  2. Select Analytics from the menu.


Navigating Your Data

Once you're in the analytics hub, you're free to explore!

  1. Use the handy lefthand menu to visit your main Overview dashboard or dive into content-specific pages like Posts, Pages, or Events.

  2. Scroll down to view graphs, charts, and oh-so-many stats. You'll find everything from platform adoption rates to content engagement metrics.

 

It's time to stop guessing and start measuring! Go get those numbers! 📊
