📱 Customizing Your Haystack Mobile App Icon

To help maintain your company’s brand identity on employee devices, Haystack offers two options for mobile app customization. These features are optional and allow you to choose the level of branding that best fits your organization's needs.

Option 1: Custom App Icon (iOS Only)

This is an optional configuration for the standard Haystack mobile app. It allows the icon to change to your company’s branding once a user is authenticated.

End-User Experience: Employees download the Haystack app from the App Store. Upon signing into your specific workspace, they will be prompted to update their app icon to your custom design with a single tap.
Android Compatibility: This specific "icon swap" feature is only available on iOS. Android users can still use the Haystack app to access the workspace, but the icon will remain the Haystack logo.
Timeline: Configuration typically takes 2–3 weeks.
Pricing: This option is included in your current license.

If you choose this option, please provide an icon file meeting these requirements:

Option 2: Full Branded App Store Listings (iOS & Android)

For organizations seeking a fully "white-labeled" experience, we offer the ability to host your own dedicated listings in both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

End-User Experience: Employees search for and download your company’s specific app name rather than "Haystack." This includes custom app store assets, images, and marketing copy.
Android Compatibility: This option covers both iOS and Android platforms.
